One of the things Donald Trump likes to brag about most is his company. It’s an incredible company. Worth over $10 billion. Very little debt. Fabulous! The best!
Like every other candidate running for president, Donald Trump was asked to release his tax returns. Donald says he really wants to release his tax returns so the world can see just how big and incredible and fabulous his company and his deals and his life really are.
But alas, Donald says that he cannot release his tax returns because he is under a routine IRS audit. “There’s not a lawyer in the world that would let you release your tax returns while you are under audit.” Donald says. Once the audit has been completed, Donald tells us he will be happy to release his returns so all the world can see how fabulously successful he is.

Just when we thought we might never get the opportunity to see how fabulously wealthy and successful Donald Trump really is…in rides Bob Mueller to the rescue. Like a knight in shining armour, it appears that Bob Mueller is going to give Donald Trump the opportunity to reveal the most intimate details of his fabulous business empire.
Recent reports in the New York Times and Washington Post tell us that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation into the Russians meddling in our elections and possible collusion by members of the Trump Campaign has shifted its focus to following the money. Reports are that Mueller has hired some of the best financial investigators in the country to look into the business dealings of Trump and members of his campaign. That includes a very deep dive into Donald’s tax returns.
Donald is apparently furious that Mueller is digging into his finances. But surely that is just a ruse to placate his “hate the federal government” base. We all know that Donald really wants to show us just how fabulously successful he really is. Now he will get his wish. Mueller will whisk away that pesky audit and reveal to all the fruits of labor of the self proclaimed world’s best dealmaker.
