I’M DONE!

I’m done!

I’m done with sitting in respectful silence as Trump supporters pontificate about an alternate universe devoid of any semblance of reality.  I’m done with the obsequious acceptance of corruption, incompetence and malfeasance that permeates every nook and cranny of the West Wing.  I’m done with the deflection, prevarication and false equivalence that have become tools of the trade to distract from the ignorance and stupidity emanating from this White House.  I’m done with all of it.

It is time to call “BS” on Trump and the gaggle of sycophants that support him.  It is time to call “BS” on the lies and the “alternate facts.”  It is time to call “BS” on the corruption and the incompetence.

There is NOT an immigration crisis on our southern border.

Mexico is NOT going to build the wall.

The Mueller investigation is NOT a witch hunt.

The North Korean nuclear threat is NOT over.

Vladimir Putin is NOT our friend.

From the sheer stupidity of Lincoln’s polling numbers and Frederick Douglass’ commentary …to the disparagement of allies and cornerstone democratic institutions…to the sleazy payments of hush money to porn stars…the time has come to call out corruption, ignorance and incompetence when we see it.  The time has come to publicly call out the lies and condemn those who are complicit in perpetrating them upon the American people.

And if there is any truth to what we learned last night about the infamous meeting in Trump Tower…

…the time has come to recognize treason when we see it and call it what it is.
